•   Stop smoking reduces risk of so many different illnesses and conditions leading to a better health. One in two long-term smokers dies at early age and loses about 16 years from their normal lifetime. So by quitting you can live long.

•   There are lots of other sectors to spend your money – smoking 20 stick per day makes a yearly cost around £1,800. Hope after this calculation you don’t want to support tobacco companies any further.

•   You can get your health back as food and drink tastes better, hunger will increase and so there is better chance of having a healthy baby, better skin and better complexion, and no early aging changes (e.g. wrinkles),

•   The risk of a heart attack drops by 50% one year after quitting. Cancer risk drops with every year of not smoking.

•   Journey or tours will be more comfortable as easier travel on trains, aircraft, buses or any public places.

•   More time you will get for your family as work will be easier and you won’t need to spend much time outside.

•   Easier breathing helps in getting up stairs and improved level of fitness makes you better at sports.

•   You can set a good example to the next generation – I don’t want to be a role model for smoking.

•   Concern about environmental and socio-economic impact of tobacco.

•   No more cigarette smells around the house makes the home fresher as you have a bright smelling breath and the green environmental air.
